Our firm maintains the only sales / lease database in the Fort Smith area. 

• Search our database for sales appropriate for your assignment
• Search for sales at the Sebastian or Crawford County Courthouse
• Develop regional and local analysis for a neighborhood, city or state
• Take photographs of properties for out-of-town clients
• Verify sales obtained from other sources
• Provide zoning maps and zoning ordinances (electronic)
• Any field work as appropriate to assist in the completion of an assignment

Because many national firms are located in the Fort Smith MSA, visits by out-of-town appraisers are frequent. We want to co-operate by providing sales data when possible, but it is expensive to maintain our electronic database. Our firm seldom accepts appraisal assignments outside the MSA, so our need for regional data is limited. However, fees are quoted for each assignment and any data provided by your firm will be considered in the fee quote.
