For individual appraisal assignments, our coverage area is Sebastian and Crawford Counties in Arkansas and Sequoyah and LeFlore Counties in Oklahoma.

Specialty Appraisals

Appraisals for specialty property interests such as undivided interests, preservation easements, leaseholds, leased fees or ground leases are common for our firm. We also offer appraisals on coins, paper money and other collectables.

Review of Appraisal Reports

Our firm will review appraisal reports on most types of real estate, both desktop and field reviews. However, we do not complete residential field reviews in Oklahoma.

Data Base for Real Estate Transactions

Our firm maintains the only computerized database of commercial real estate sales and leases in the Fort Smith area.  In addition to our in-house database, we also subscribe to the Fort Smith Multi-list system.  Our experience and knowledge base is strong with three general certified appraisers available for assignment. 

Services for Other Appraisers

Our firm will collect local data for geographically challenged appraisers completing assignments in our area.  We can locate sales, provide zoning data and flood plain information, develop an area analysis or subcontract for a complete appraisal.
